Workshops

Workshops are limited to maximum of 3 pax and will be held at the Grateful Garden by the pool.

 

Types of Workshops:

Succulent Planting

Participants get to plant succulents into upcycled wine/champagne or liquor bottles. They can choose between 3 or 5 plants

Participants get to bring the planter home after completion

Briefed on care of the plants

They can bring the plants back for refreshing between 30-60 days at $10 flat rate. If new plants are needed, they will be charged at $4 per plant (small-medium size). Gritty soil will be included.

If participants decide not to keep the bottles, they can return it for a refund of $20 per bottle if there is no significant chip/crack on the bottle. The transport of the return will be borne by the participant.

 

Edibles

Introduction to common edibles in the garden such as Spring Onion, Ginger, Rosemary, Basils, various kinds of mints, tomato, ladies fingers, capsicum, green leafy vegetables

Introduction to repurposing household items for Grateful Home Gardening for ideas to be implemented when they get home

Participants get to harvest vegetables from the garden and make a drink with ingredients from the garden
